Refund policy
All sales are final. We do *not offer refunds* under any circumstances, including change of mind, size issues, or after delivery.
*Returns for Store Credit or Exchange:*
- Returns accepted within *14 days* of delivery.
- Items must be *unworn, with tags, and in original packaging*.
- To return, email us with your order number and reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless item is damaged or incorrect.
*Exchanges:*
- Allowed only for *damaged, defective, or incorrect items*.
- Must be reported within *48 hours* of delivery with photo evidence.
- We’ll provide instructions for return and send a replacement.
